Shipping

All Bike orders are shipped via freight (normally Fed Ex), we will call, text, or email you to confirm the freight delivery, once we receive your bike from E Ride Pro. Once the freight date has been confirmed. You must be at the delivery location to accept the pallet freight. If the freight is sent back due to address issue, location access, no one to accept the delivery, or no room. We will charge the freight cost amount off of the order amount and order will get refunded. Freight typically takes 2 to 5 business days this is not guaranteed.

Warranty

E Ride Pro 1 Year or 1,000 miles, whichever one comes first.

All E Ride Pro products are covered by E Ride Pro Warranty, Americana Pipedream is an authorized dealer for E Ride Pro. We are happy to help troubleshoot and or process/service warranty for any E Ride Pro products bought and or sold through Americana Pipedream Apparel LLC.
